3 medium cucumbers
3 Tbsp. onion, mince
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. dill, chopped
Peel and remove seeds from cucumbers. Cut into small chunks. Heat butter in a large frying pan and add onion. Sautee until soft. Add cucumbers, sautee until barely soft, about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper for taste. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
