Pomegranate Relish

From Our Kitchen


1 pomegranate, keep the seeds, discard the rest
ΒΌ cup Extra Virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. pomegranate syrup
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. red onion, minced
1 tsp. jalapeno, minced (optional)
salt and pepper


Mix together and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
