Mixed Beans with Pesto

From Our Kitchen


1 container Wilson Farm Pesto
¾ lb. green beans, stems removed
½ lb. wax beans, stems removed
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ red pepper, thinly sliced
salt and pepper


Steam or boil beans for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and let cool under cold, running water. Allow beans to dry. Combine all ingredients.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 4-6
