Hot Spiced Cranberry Juice

6 cups cranberries
6 cups water
1½ to 2 cups sugar
1 whole cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves


Place all the ingredients in 4–quart saucepan. Cover, bring to a boil, uncover, and cook for about 10 minutes or until the cranberries burst and are very soft. Strain into another container, pressing the liquid from the berries as you strain. Serve warm or chilled
