        3 cups 		olive oil
¼ cup 		red wine vinegar
⅓ cup 		parsley
2 Tbsp. 		sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp. 		dill
1 Tbsp. 		capers
1 Tbsp. 		roasted garlic
2 tsp. 		dijon mustard
			salt and pepper to taste
Blend all the ingredients together (except oil) in blender. Slowly add oil. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy
