Broiled Scallops

Put oven on broil.


1 lb. fresh scallops
¼ lemon, zested and juiced
1 Tbsp. butter
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper


Melt butter on stove top and add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat. Brush scallops while broiling them. About 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Should be soft to the touch.

Serve immediately.
