Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 350ºF


2 bunches broccoli, cut
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. olive oil
12 oz. can whole peeled plum tomatoes
3 cups seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup Romano cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella


Sauté broccoli, onions, and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add contents to baking dish and top with cheeses and breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes until top is golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
