Make mealtimes, special occasions, and holidays extra memorable with inspiring, easy-to-recreate snack boards. Charcuterie is visually exciting and deliciously enticing. The variety of foods on each board are great for groups, large or small, and will bring people together through snacking. Plus, you can make the board ahead of time, so you can actually sit and spend time with your loved ones this holiday season. We carry a large variety of cheeses, meats, snacks, sweets, nuts + seeds, olives, dried fruits, crackers + breads, dips + speads, in addition to fresh fruit + produce - Everything you'll need to make the most beautiful boards!

An amazing charcuterie board offers guests a wide range of tastes + texture combinations. For cheese, that means choosing 3-6 varieties that offer a nice variety for the palate. Here's some of our best cheeses for your next charcuterie board:
  • HARD CHEESE: Chunks of Parmesan, Aged Gouda, Asiago, Provolone
  • FIRM CHEESE: Gruyere, Comte, Manchego, Colby, Cheddar, Emmentaler
  • SEMI-SOFT CHEESE: Havarti, Muenster, Fontina, Jarlsberg, Brie
  • SOFT CHEESE: Mascarpone, Fromager D'Affinois, Fresh Mozzarella
  • BLUE CHEESE: Gorgonzola, Stilton
  • CRUMBLY CHEESE: Feta, Goat Cheese
For quantities, you'll want to buy about 2 ounces of cheese per person, or 5 ounces per person if the charcuterie is meant to be the entire meal. Be sure to use knives for each cheese that must be cut, to avoid mingling flavors. Also, because the flavors of cheese are best appreciated at room temperature, take the cheese from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.

When picking meats, it's best to go with an equal number of cheeses used. In other words, if you decide to use 3 types of cheese, select 3 types of meat. Here's some of our best meats for your next charcuterie board:
  • DRY CURED SALAMI: Made of Beef or Pork, mostly air dried
  • PROSCIUTTO: Italian Dry Cured Ham
  • SOPRESSATA: Italian Dry Salami
  • JERKY: Beef, Turkey, Pork, Bacon

Our soups come from the best local producers. With over 25 varieties, you’ll be able to find the perfect soup for any meal -- a quick lunch, dinner, or meal starter. In warmer months, look for refreshing chilled soups and gazpachos.
