Custom Cake Decoration Order Time Line:

Fondant - 30 days notice
Drawings - 2 weeks notice
Rice Paper - 48 hours
Basic Design - 48 hours (buttercream flowers, balloons, everyday cakes)

* We try to accommodate all situations, even last minute ones, so please give us a call if you have questions!

Full payment is required at the time of order placement, for all custom cakes.

* All fondant and drawing orders have to be finalized 1 week prior to pick up *

* Custom cake orders are not finalized or put into production until paid in full *

Cancellation Policy:

Regular Cakes = 48 hours | Specialty Cakes (including fondant cakes) = 7 days
