Seared Swordfish with Balsamic Tomato Basil Relish

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Ingredients

swordfish
salt & pepper
lemon zest
olive oil

Method

Rub swordfish with, salt, pepper, lemon zest and olive oil. Sear in a fry pan on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Finish in the oven for 10 minutes at 350ºF

Serve with Balsamic Tomato Basil Relish on top. See recipe.
