Scallion Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
12 oz. sparkling water
4 eggs
1 cup chopped scallions
canola oil

1 cup soy sauce
½ cup fresh ginger, chopped
½ cup sweet chili sauce


Mix flour, salt, pepper together. Add egg and water and mix until smooth and thick. Add scallions.

Add canola oil to a skillet or fry pan enough to coat the bottom and ladle batter into the pan to form pancakes. Cook until golden brown and flip. Cook until golden brown and serve with sauce.

Sauce: Combine all ingredients.
