Mad Matt's Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients

1 qt. Knudsen Very Veggie Juice or 6 – 8 medium tomatoes
3 limes, quartered and fresh squeezed
1 lemon, quartered and fresh squeezed
2 Tbsp. pickle juice
1 Tbsp. golden beet, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. shallot, finely chopped
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. golden mustard
½ tsp. camp mix
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 celery stalk or carrot
coarse sea salt

Method

Blend all the ingredients except sea salt. Wet rim of the glass and press into sea salt, pour mixture into glass and enjoy.
