From Our Kitchen
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. ground pork
1 onion chopped
3 peppers chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
10 oz. canned tomatoes
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 cup beef stock
1 lb. cooked noodles
Saute Meat in oil. Drain grease from the meat, add vegetables. Saute for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, stock, and seasoning. Saute for 30 minutes.
Serve with cooked egg noodles.
