From Our Kitchen
 
        		
        3 cups		pasta, cooked
1 			butternut squash, peeled and chopped
1 			onion, chopped
1 Tbsp.		garlic, chopped
1 qt.			light cream
¼ cup		olive oil
2 Tbsp. 		fresh sage, chopped
			salt and pepper to taste
Sauté squash, onions, and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add cream and sage and heat. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and mix with your favorite pasta. Enjoy
For sweeter flavor at ⅛ cup of brown sugar with the cream.
