        3 oz. 		cream cheese, softened
	1 Tbsp. 	butter, softened
	2 cups		confectioners sugar
	dash		salt
	1-2 Tbsp. 	hot milk
	½ tsp. 		vanilla
			chopped nuts or finely grated raw carrot (optional)
Beat the cream cheese, butter, sugar, and salt together with an electric mixer or spoon until well blended. Beat in the hot milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, and vanilla until the frosting is of spreading consistency. Top the frosting with chopped nuts or carrot.
