Chicken Salad

Ingredients

6 cups chicken, cooked, diced (approximately)
1½ cups celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. salad oil
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 cup mayonnaise

Method

Mix the warm chicken with the celery, onion, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Chill until it is almost time to serve, then stir in the mayonnaise and correct the seasoning.
