Broccoli Salad

½ cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. aged white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 bunches broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 red onions, quartered and sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup sliced almonds


Combine sugar, white wine vinegar, and mayonnaise to make the dressing. Mix until blended. In a large bowl combine, broccoli, red onion, bacon, raisins, and sliced almonds. Add dressing and toss until evenly mixed. Serve.

Serves 4-6
