Broccoli Dip

3 cups broccoli, cooked and coarsely chopped
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
½ tsp. garlic, minced
¼ tsp. salt
Dash Tabasco Sauce (or to taste)


Steam the broccoli (or blanch it in boiling water) Drain well and chop. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until the ingredients are well mixed but not puréed. Chill before serving.
