Preheat oven to 350ºF
5 lbs beef
2 onions, diced
4 carrots, diced
6 celery stalks, diced
2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
4 lbs barley
1 Gal beef stock
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
¼ cup olive oil
Saute beef, onions, celery, carrots, and garlic. Add stock and cook until barley is soft.
Serves 10-15
