Marketing Manager

Wilson Farm is looking for a marketing professional to create e-commerce platform for the Wilson Farm website. Additionally this individual will be primarily responsible for all design work, including but not limited to: collateral, signage, advertisements, packaging design, and more. As the manager of the promotions department this position is also responsible for creating onsite and offsite event opportunities, managing a weekly sampling schedule, creating strategy for Wilson Farm’s social media presence, and more.

Cheese Clerk	Full Time	Cheese Shop
Experienced cheese clerk needed for our lovely cheese shop. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a wide variety of cheeses, and their uses. You will also be experienced in cutting, wrapping and merchandising cheese. Familiarity with olives, dried sausages, yogurt, and other accompaniments is a plus. If you share a love of food and a love of people, WIlson Farm has the job for you. Become part of our fantastic promotions team and work closely with our chef and bakers to introduce our customers to a whole host of delicious dishes, interesting ingredients, and produce fresh off our fields.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be an articulate and energetic speaker, and be highly organized. You must be able to work on your feet, in varying weather conditions and truly enjoy interacting with customers.

More than anything else, Wilson Farm is about people. Not just our customers, but about our caring managers and tireless employees, many of whom have spent more than a decade making Wilson's what it is today.

Each month, our department managers vote by secret ballot to select the Employee of the Month. Qualities that this employee personifies include: superior customer service skills, teamwork and contributions to their department.

Wilson Farm is fortunate to have Dave O’Donnell. In the relatively short time that Dave has been on the farm, he has worked hard to become familiar with the way Wilson Farm works, plus he has brought fresh new ideas and a great work ethic.

For those of you that have not had the chance to interact with Dave - he is super friendly. He also knows how to make things “happen”. With a little “tweken” he has become a great worker here at Wilson Farm.

During Thanksgiving, Dave rushed headlong into our efforts to handle business-to-business sale of turkeys. He spent so much time around Thanksgiving working with turkey, that it earned him the nickname “Turkey Dave” - and it stuck.
