There is a lot to say about Michelle. She has been with Wilson Farm for 14 years and does a wonderful job. She is always patient and polite with customers..
When a customer needs help, Michelle goes above and beyond to make things right. When an employee needs help, she is always right there. She cares about her staff and is always a good listener. Michelle tries hard to be fair to everyone. She pushes you because she knows you can do it.
