Sweet Bourbon Brisket

Preheat oven to 300ºF


2-3 lb. beef brisket
2 large sweet onions
1 pt. bourbon sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ cup water


Line a baking pan with foil (easy clean up). Slice onions and place in pan. Put brisket on onions, cover with sauce add water, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover tightly with foil cook at 300º for 3 hours.

Serves 3-4
