Mashed Cauliflower
Ingredients Procedure

1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 cup romano cheese
1/4 cup milk or light cream
Salt & pepper to taste

A great low carb alternative to mashed potatoes!

Melt butter, add onion, garlic. Cook 5-10 minutes until lightly brown. Steam or boil cauliflower until soft. Drain and add to onion mixture. Add cheese, light cream, salt and pepper, then mash all together.

Serves 3-4
