All final payments made by credit card will incur a 2% service fee as our published program reflects a 2% cash/check discount. Inspect your shipment while our driver is there. All shortage claims MUST be recorded on the invoice at time of delivery. Once the delivery receipt is signed, we cannot honor any further shortage claims. All product claims MUST be made within 24 hours of delivery (quality claims or shipping damage noted after product is unpacked).
