Taza Chocolate Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

4 tbsp. (2 oz.) Bolivian 87% Dark Chocolate, grated
1 cup fat free yogurt (silken tofu for vegan)
2 cups blueberries
4 tbsp. Pomegranate juice
ice

Method

Heat water until almost boiling. Add grated chocolate and whisk until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate until cool.

Combine cooled drinking chocolate with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
