Sesame Green Beans with Marinated Fresh Herb Chicken Tenders



½ lb fresh green beans or French beans
2 Tbsp. canola oil
½ tsp. garlic
1 bu. fresh thyme
1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 bu. parley, chopped
1 tsp. sesame seeds
4 tbs. Wilson Farm Far Eastern Dressing
12 oz. chicken tenders
salt & pepper


Heat a sauté pan over high heat. Add canola oil and green beans, and let the beans sizzle in the pan for 1 – 2 minutes without stirring. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the beans and toss a few times to mix. Add garlic and sesame seed oil to the pan and toss to mix. After one minute, add diced chicken tenders, thyme, parsley, and sesame seeds. Toss a few times to combine. Remove from heat and serve.
