Sangria

Ingredients

1 cup fresh grapefruit Juice
2 cup fresh orange Juice
1 oz. fresh lemon Juice
2 oz. fresh lime Juice
2 oz. cognac
3 oz. orange liqueur
1 bottle red or white wine
sliced seasonal fruits
4 sprigs mint

Method

Fill the pitcher ¾ of the way with ice cubes. Add the washed and sliced seasonal fruit. Pour in all liquids. Stir to combine all components in pitcher. Garnish with sprigs of mint when serving.

The key to a good sangria is using fresh fruit juices and fruits to give it the refreshing flavors. Experiment with seasonal fruits to develop unique and complex flavors.
