Master Immune Boosting Smoothie

There are two layers to this smoothie. We like to separate them, but it can also be enjoyed combined.

Ingredients

For Orange Layer:
1 small persimmon, cut into quarters
1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. nut butter of choice (we like almond)
1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
pinch of cayenne

For Pink Layer:
1 small beet root, peeled and cubed
1 cup berries of choice (we like raspberries & blueberries)
1 small grapefruit
1/4 cup pom juice
1/2 cup water
5-6 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp. organic raw honey (optional)

Method

Combine ingredients for each color separately (or together if you don't want to separate colors, still tastes good!) and blend until smooth. Pour one on top of the other.
