Serves 4-6
4 Tbs. butter
1 lb. garlic scapes
2 Tbs. orange zest

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add garlic scapes and cook until tender. Remove garlic scapes and rinse under cold water. In a sauté pan add butter, garlic scapes, and orange zest (to taste). Toss until coated and heated through. Serve and enjoy.
