Potato & Swiss Chard Gratin
- 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 bunch Swiss Chard, ribs discarded, chopped
- 3/4 cup Gruyère Cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups Light Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. Herbs de Provence
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Heat 1/2 Tbsp. butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Add Swiss chard and wilt, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
Mix potatoes, Swiss chard, cheese, herbs de Provence, salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking dish and pour cream in. Place in oven and bake until potatoes are just cooked, about 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
