1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 bunch Swiss chard, ribs discarded, chopped
¾ cup Gruyere cheese, grated
1 Tbs. garlic, minced
1 ½ cup light cream
1 ½ tsp. herbs de Provence
¾ tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Heat ½ Tbs. butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Add chard and wilt, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
Mix potatoes, Swiss chard, cheese, herbs de Provence, salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking dish and pour cream in. Place in oven and bake until potatoes are just cooked, about 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
