Lorena has been with Wilson Farm for many years. She worked briefly with the farm crew before transferring to the kitchen over six years ago. She has become the “Chicken Cutlet Goddess”.

Everyday she comes in with a smile and jumps right into work. I don’t think anyone on the farm has not enjoyed her chicken. The quality work she does has made the chicken cutlets one of our best sellers, consistently, year after year. Her willingness to help out in other areas, and to do it without even being asked makes her a valuable asset to Wilson Farm and the Kitchen.
